Built Around You

The Serbatik Model

Every session at Serbatik is one-on-one with a senior instructor. There is no generic curriculum applied to a room full of students. Your program is designed specifically for your goals, your body, and your pace.

Sessions integrate Silat technique, functional conditioning, mobility work, and philosophical grounding — all calibrated to where you are in your journey.

What each session includes

  • Movement assessment and warm-up
  • Silat technique instruction tailored to your level
  • Functional conditioning and mobility work
  • Philosophical grounding and mindfulness practice
  • Cool-down and progress review

The Foundation

The Serbatik Method

The Serbatik Method is a synthesis of multiple martial arts traditions — Pekiti Tirsia Kali, Pentjak Silat Serak, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wing Chun, Tai Chi Chuan, and more — unified through a single coherent training philosophy. Rather than studying these arts in isolation, Serbatik integrates them into a progressive curriculum that develops the complete practitioner: mind, body, and spirit.

  • Jeet Kune Do & Jun Fan Gung Fu
  • Filipino Kali & Pekiti Tirsia
  • Maphilindo Silat & Pentjak Silat Serak
  • Wing Chun & Tai Chi Chuan
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling
